A Washington State man facing murder and drug charges has a new court date. 34-year-old Andra Phillips Junior is charged with murder in the 2nd-degree and distributing controlled substance near public housing. Gregory Gary Junior was shot and killed April 10th at 7-06 Grand Avenue in Charleston. Phillips was at the scene and told police he was paid by Gary to assist in the distribution of marijuana. Phillips was arrested on a one-million-dollar bond. He appeared before Judge Michael Pritchett in Butler County Tuesday and has a jury trial set for February 7th, 2013.
