Low flying aircraft! Projectiles falling from the sky! It’s a good thing! The annual Just Drop It Fore a Cause fundraiser to benefit the Southeast Health Cancer Center! Executive Director of the SE Foundation Mary Burton-Hitt tells KZIM KSIM golf balls will involved but no one will be golfing!!! Balls will be dropped from a helicopter on a green made for this particular occasion. It takes place at Bent Creek right off of the veranda! Tickets are 30-dollars. If the ball closest to the hole matches the number on your ticket – you could win one of three guaranteed prizes up to 500-dollars! Your ticket includes cocktails, dinner and door prizes! You can also buy a 10-dollar ticket for the drop only and have a chance at 10-grand! Drop It Fore a Cause begins at 5pm at bent Creek on Saturday the 8^th!
