29-year-old Deontae L. Petty was charged Wednesday with two counts of assault in the first degree and one count of armed criminal action in connection to the shooting Saturday at the AC Brase Arena Building.  Judge Gary Kamp set Petty's bond at $150,000 cash only. Petty is currently not in custody, and he reportedly lives in the Chicago area.  Cape Girardeau police released a photo of Petty.   Petty is a suspect in the shooting that injured two people, one victim was shot in the leg, and one was shot in the chest—they both survived.  The Rich Homie Quan concert was shut down early, due to the shooting.  Police and the Missouri Highway Patrol were on the scene of a crash at the corner of Themis and Pacific later Saturday night, and Missouri Highway Patrol Corporal Clark Parrott says the same vehicle involved in the crash was reported to be fleeing the Arena Park after the shooting incident. The occupants fled when they hit a parked car and Petty is suspected to have been in the vehicle.
