TODAY'S GENIUS AWARD GOES TO . . . . . . .

Christopher Tang, 30, who posted a video on YouTube bragging about his wild joyride as he raced around Manhattan in 24 minutes. Tang's YouTube clip captured his wild joyride as he sped around the island in a 2006 BMW model Z4. The NY police department took special note of the illegal feat and tracked down Tang, who used the handle "Afroduck."

AND THEN THERE'S .....

Dr. Patrick Yang, a Southern California anesthesiologist, who decided to decorate an unconscious patient's face with stickers and have a nurse's aide take photos. And now, expectedly, he's being sued. Yang used stickers to give his patient a black mustache and teardrops under her left eye, and then had the nurse's aide take a picture, The patient, who was apparently the only one who saw the photo, contacted her lawyer. The hospital called the incident a breach of professionalism and said in a statement that it demonstrated poor judgment.
