Jul 05, 2013 -- 2:30pm

A vehicle that was stolen has been recovered and two people have been arrested in connection to the theft.  Around 2:20 p.m. on Thursday a stolen vehicle was reported in the area of Kentucky Oaks Mall.  Sheriff's deputies and the Paducah Police Department responded and began looking for a Chevrolet truck, taken from a house on Lovelaceville Road the previous weekend, but it was already gone.  Just after 8 p.m., an off duty sheriff's sergeant saw the truck on Benton Road and it was located and stopped.  Deputies arrested the driver, 19-year-old Jarron Milam and interviewed 19-year-old Atiao Jackson, of Kevil.  A 16-year-old juvenile was also interviewed and based on that interview, that juvenile was released to his parents on the charge of theft by unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.  Milam was charged with theft by unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking under $500 and criminal mischief.  Jackson was charged with theft by unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.
