Illinois man sentenced for felony charges, drugs and guns

The Union County State’s Attorney announced today that 27-year-old Heath P. Tellor of  Jonesboro has been sentenced to ten years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on one  count of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and one count of Unlawful Possession of Weapon by a Felon. Tellor was arrested by Union County Sheriff’s Deputies in October at a residence in rural Dongola. At the time of his arrest, he was in possession of a firearm and a quantity of cocaine which was packaged for delivery.
