A 911 call on Tuesday ended with a man behind bars today/Wednesday on drug charges. Cape Girardeau Police arrested 29-year-old Christopher Parmer of Cape this/Wednesday afternoon on one charge of possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony. A man was reported walking around a business in the 800 block of Kingshighway with holster and a gun, but when Cape Girardeau police found Parmer, he was wearing a holster, a BB gun and had a fake out of state police badge. At that time, he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Parmer is currently jailed on $10,000 cash or surety bond.
