TODAY'S GENIUS AWARD GOES TO . . . . . . .

Jonathan Sullivan, 31, who picked the wrong place to try and sleep it off after a night of partying. Instead of choosing a high traffic area like a Walmart or grocery store parking lot, he chose the parking lot of the Windham (Massachusetts) Police Department. Officers noticed the car parked in a restricted area with the motor running and upon further investigation found Sullivan passed out in the front seat. He's been charged with DUI.

AND THEN THERE'S .....

Kyle Thomas Berry, 40, who actually put videos of his marijuana growing operation on YouTube and was surprised when he was arrested. By the way, it wasn't just one YouTube video, he posted 35 of them. Police were able to capture a reflection of Berry as he was narrating one of the videos and compared it against license and booking photos and got a match. They issued a search warrant, arrested Berry and shut down his herb gardening operation.

OR HOW 'BOUT .....

Daysha Moore, 27, who was betrayed by one of her tattoos. After Moore crashed into a car in a parking lot in Florida, cops asked to see her ID. Moore gave the officers her sister's name and date of birth. However, officers saw another date tattooed on Moore's hand and got suspicious. After investigating they learned why Moore was lying: she's had her license suspended five times already.

OKAY, ONE MORE .....

Trudy Miller, 34, who was arrested for stalking... herself. Miller tried to convince investigators that her estranged boyfriend was sending her threatening text messages. But after charges were filed, Miller's former boyfriend repeatedly said he didn't own the cellphone from which the threatening texts were sent. Police detectives found that Miller was in possession of the cellphone being used to send her threatening text messages.
