U.S. Sen. Roy Blunt will deliver the address for Southeast Missouri State University's winter commencement, 2 p.m., Dec. 15, at the Show Me Center, the university said Monday.

Blunt has served in the U.S. Senate since 2010. He is the vice chairman of the Senate Republican Conference and is a member of the Senate Republican Whip Team.

The university said 739 students are expected to graduate.
